Old Houses and General Hughes: II

If you’re anything like me and you love looking at grand old houses through rusty, wrought iron gates, then Iloilo City is a splendid little place that will not disappoint you. This post is a continuation of the piece I first wrote about General Hughes Street, an area in Iloilo’s city proper that is lined with elegant houses and villas that date back to colonial times.

This Mediterranean-inspired house was such a mysterious beauty under the light of the afternoon sun, I just had to take some pictures!
